Return Policies

Our better faster and at less cost services and product to our clients is number one priority of WorldCraft, Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions and concerns make note of 7 days returned policy.


Send us an email explaining the problem and include the following information:

  • Why you want to return the item, including, Photos and/or video of the defective items send to worldcraftph@gmail.com
  • Your order number and acknowledgement receipt/Collection receipt and/or sales invoice
  • Note that the 7 days begin the date of your collection receipt or sales invoice date from Multiline Structures Corporate or WorldCraft
  • Your Name, email address and contact numbers

Once your request is approved by our releasing officer, we will send you an update for the schedule it will be replaced.


Refund Policies1

  • Once we receive your WorldCraft defective products, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item via email/text. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your item for refund is approved, you will be informed via email/text and initiate a refund. You will receive the credit on a certain amount within 7-14 days.
  • Store policy is to give you store credit or you can replace your item with a different product of the same cost. If it is not of the same cost, you could deposit the additional amount. If the product replacement cost less, we can no longer refund you the remaining balance.
